If you have any questions, please contact us at info@twinklekids.ie.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured only upon receipt of full payment.
Term bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
Drop-in sessions require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Less than 72 hours’ notice: the session is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be issued.
More than 72 hours’ notice: we will endeavour to offer a reschedule or refund where possible, but this is not guaranteed.
Missed classes (for any reason, including illness, holidays or personal commitments) cannot be credited, refunded or carried forward.
OUTDOOR NATURE PLAY WORKSHOPS
Sessions take place fully outdoors. Please dress appropriately for all weather conditions (waterproofs, coats, hats, wellies, sun hats, sunscreen etc. as appropriate).
A parent/guardian must accompany and actively supervise their child at all times.
Please take all rubbish home with you, including nappies and wipes.
Parents/guardians must inform Twinkle Kids in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, additional needs or relevant information.
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time and run for approximately 75 minutes.
Weather Policy
In the event of an official weather warning for the relevant county, the session will be cancelled and a rescheduled class will be offered. Refunds will not be issued.
Irish weather can be unpredictable. If conditions become unsafe (e.g. high winds, lightning, extreme weather), the session may be shortened or cancelled following a dynamic risk assessment by the class leader.
If a session must end early due to safety concerns, refunds will not be issued, but we will endeavour to facilitate a reschedule where possible.
SAFETY NOTICE

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child at all times to ensure materials are used safely and not ingested.
All allergies or sensitivities must be declared at the time of booking.

No photos or recordings of other children are permitted.
If sharing images online, please ensure no other children are visible unless you have explicit permission from their parent/guardian.
